David Duke

David has over 15 years of experience in public broadcasting and 25 years financial experience with multiple positions in accounting, budgeting, reporting, and management. He currently work as director of finance at WGCU in Fort Myers, Florida (a medium-size university joint licensee) and formerly worked at ideastream in Cleveland, Ohio (a large community joint licensee). Prior to joining public broadcasting, David held accounting jobs with other nonprofits, including a community action agency and a public housing authority. His experience and diverse background gives him a unique perspective of where public broadcasting has been, but also knowing the heights it can achieve.
